Now’s the moment to make your views known, to help us shape our Community please complete our Community Plan Questionnaire. It’s intended to be completed individually rather than by household, and preferably without conferring!
You’ll see that, in the questionnaire, we’ve asked for your address and the number of people in your household. That’s so that we can keep track of responses and so our volunteers can collect outstanding questionnaires personally. If you do not wish to supply this information, do not worry, you do not have to supply it.
We have produced a questionnaire for anyone aged 18 and over to complete and there is one for anyone in a household between the ages of 8 and 17. To download the questionnaire and / or form please click on the link below re:
As stated above one of our volunteers will try to arrange to collect completed questionnaires personally. However, to help us, you are able to drop completed questionniares off at the Village Shop on the Bath Road.
If you find that there isn’t enough space in any of the boxes on the questionnaire for you to make your views known or you would find it easier to type your answers out separately, by all means put them on a sheet of paper and include it with your replies.
If a question isn’t applicable to you or you don’t want to answer it, please just put N/A or No Response in the relevant box.
Completed questionnaires should be returned by 30 September 2018, although this may be extended at the Steering Committee’s discretion.
For the purposes of the survey, “Woolhampton” includes those areas just outside the Parish boundary line but the properties within which are nevertheless being treated as part of the survey area.
If you have any questions about the project, please contact any of the Steering Committee members, whose details appear below.
Each completed response to the questionnaire will be entered into a raffle. The first prize is a twelve-bottle case of wine and the second prize is a six-bottle case. That’s another good reason for asking for an address.
The information given by you in response to the questionnaire will only be used for the purposes of the survey. It may be shared with West Berkshire Council and Woolhampton Parish Council, and their respective officers, employees and agents, and with any other person needing to know it for the purposes of carrying out the survey, collating and analysing the results, and producing and publishing a report or other material in connection with any new Woolhampton Community Plan. Once the Community Plan has been published all returned questionnaires will be disposed off by the Parish Council Clerk via confidential waste.
